Refund and Cancellation Policy

Quantazone is dedicated to delivering high-quality digital consulting and technology services tailored to each client’s specific needs. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations may be processed, ensuring that cancellations are managed with sufficient notice and protecting Quantazone’s operational stability.

1. Service Commitment

Our Services are rendered as described on our website and detailed in individual client agreements. Due to the customized nature of our services, the cancellation and refund provisions are designed to reflect work performed and to minimize disruption to our operations.



2. Cancellation Policy

  • Advance Notice Requirement: Clients may request cancellation only if a written notice is submitted at least one month (30 days) in advance of the intended termination date.
    • Example: To cancel services effective June 1, 2025, Quantazone must receive the cancellation request by May 1, 2025.

  • Insufficient Notice Penalty: If a client fails to provide the required 30 days’ notice, they will remain liable for the full service fee for the notice period.
    • Example: For a monthly fee of $3,000, a cancellation request submitted with less than one month’s notice will incur an additional $3,000 charge for the remaining period.

  • Service Adjustments: Requests for significant changes to the agreed scope of work may result in a new or amended agreement. In such cases, cancellation provisions will be reassessed accordingly.


3. Refund Policy

  • Digital Services: Fees for our digital consulting and technology services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. If a cancellation is accepted with proper notice, any refund will be calculated on a pro-rated basis, reflecting work not performed.
  • Evaluation of Refund Requests: Refunds, if applicable, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, limited to the portion of work outstanding.

  • Exceptions: In the rare instance that Quantazone fails to deliver services or meet agreed-upon milestones due to our error, a partial or full refund may be issued at our sole discretion.


4. Procedure

To request a cancellation or refund, clients must submit their request in writing to [email protected], including details of the service, the desired termination date, and the reason for cancellation. Quantazone will review the request and confirm the cancellation date and any applicable charges based on the notice period.



5. Governing Law

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws applicable to Quantazone’s operations. Any disputes arising from this policy will be resolved in accordance with our Terms of Service.
